My new book – The Recipe:A fable for leaders and teams has gone to print. Yeah! This was definitely a team project and one I can’t wait for you to read. Please let me know what you think.
I had so much fun crafting a story that takes the lessons I have learned over the years and sharing it with you. The fictional team at Prosperous Bakery learns a lot along their journey. And you can too! To make the journey easier, there are Little Spoonfuls of information with helpful tips, a bit of myth busting, and even some food for thought.
